- The following shipping prices, promotions, and information are applicable to online purchases only.
List of product availability terms
* In Stock Usually ships next business day. We will ship the product once we are sure that stock is available.
* On Order: Usually ships in 1-2 weeks. This product is currently not stocked in our warehouse. We expect new stock to arrive in our warehouse within 1 to 2 weeks. The product will be shipped as soon as the stock is available.
* Out of Stock: Will ship when available. This product is currently out of stock in our warehouse. We are unable to obtain a precise date of availability from the manufacturer; however, we are trying our best to confirm availability dates. The product will be shipped as soon as the stock is available.
* Special Delivery Items : Special Delivery items require scheduling. An email will be sent to you with your delivery time as soon as we confirm that stock is available.
Shipping cost estimates
Please use the Shipping Estimator tool in your Shopping Cart to calculate the costs and delivery times for each shipping option. These costs are calculated based on the product selection and your shipping address.
Delivery details
Delivery of your order is subject to the availability of our inventory and the shipping method you select.
We may split your order into more than one shipment, depending on the availability of each product. If your order is split you will not be charged for the extra delivery, although your shipping charges may be split over the various invoices. If you need to receive one of your products sooner, we recommend that you place it in a separate order to avoid any possible delays. Your credit card will not be charged until we have shipped your product.
Carriers usually deliver between 8 am and 5 pm local time. If you are not home to accept delivery, we will leave you a delivery notification card with further details and a pick up location. For your own security, please bring proper photo identification when you pick up your order.
Delivery areas
For your convenience, we deliver anywhere in Canada, United States and to most of the World. To make sure that orders being sent to PO boxes and rural route addresses get to their proper destination, please include a physical street address, highway number and/or an emergency number with your order. We are currently unable to accept or ship orders outside of Canada.
Methods of delivery
To give you the best possible service, we use a variety of couriers depending on which best suits your needs. We will tell you which courier company is handling your delivery when we send you your shipping confirmation email. Please note that when the delivery team brings a package to your home, they need a signature to finalize the delivery. The package must be accepted and signed for by someone at your delivery address.
Oversized items
Due to Canada Post weight restrictions, any item that is greater than 30kg/66lb will be delivered via Purolator Courier.
Tracking your order
Tracking numbers can be found in your shipment notification email or in My Orders.
You can trace your package with Canada Post by visiting Canada Post's web site at www.canadapost.ca or calling 1-888 550-6333 Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. local time. Packages shipped with Purolator can be tracked from their website www.purolator.com or by calling 1-888-744-7123 Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. local time. - Privacy

- Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply return your purchase with your receipt within 90 days of your purchase for an exchange or refund. If you do not have a receipt, refunds will reflect the lowest selling price offered in the preceding 90 days.
Return Handling Guidelines:
If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you can return it for a refund or exchange by following these steps.
1. Include proof of purchase (original bill of sale)
2. Return items in unused condition, with all original packaging and accessories
3. Returns will be credited back to the original tender type
4. Damages on home delivered items must be reported within 24 hours
5. Special occasion dress wear and selected children’s dress wear must be returned in their original condition with the attached “cord & seal tag” intact
6. Only Hockey Heroes Merchandise will be accepted
7. For hygienic reasons Hockey Heroes will not accept for return any merchandise that has possibly been contaminated with any substance that may pose a health risk.
No Refunds:
* Monogrammed, personalized or altered items
* Shipping and handling charges
* Home Delivery charges
* Product installation or setup fees
* Direct Mail return postage

PLEASE NOTE:
Item price and applicable taxes will be refunded. Shipping, handling, C.O.D. charges will not be refunded unless an error occurred on our part, or merchandise is defective or otherwise not as advertised. Personalized, monogrammed and altered items plus made-to-measure window coverings and rugs cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.
Satisfaction Guaranteed or Money Refunded Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply return your purchase with your receipt within 90 days of your purchase for an exchange or refund.

- All prices quoted are in Canadian dollars and do not include any applicable fees, charges or taxes including but not limited to, sales taxes, installation charges (labour or materials), or home delivery charges. You will be advised of all applicable charges before we ship your order.
Website offers, prices and merchandise availability are subject to change without notice. We endeavour to display to you only those items which are currently available to order, and item status is refreshed frequently. However, it is possible that some items, sizes and/or colours will be out of stock at the time you order. When your order is processed, you will receive an order confirmation verifying receipt of your order and confirming the availability and selling prices of all items in your order.
Our real-time inventory system sometimes is not able to keep up with demand, and we may have to cancel certain orders after they are accepted. We apologize for any inconvenience should this occur with your order. While we try to ensure accuracy, we reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or descriptions, and to cancel or refuse to accept any order based on an incorrect price or description. Such corrections may be made even after an order is accepted.
Sales tax
Hockey Heroes charges sales tax for products ordered on this internet site based on the applicable federal sales tax rate. All provinces have 5% G.S.T (Goods & Services Tax) added to all orders.
